Your personal and professional goals drive how Kelli engages with you. One-on-one coaching helps individuals explore values and the intentions behind behaviors. This encourages people to ‘get out of their own way’ and become next level professionals, improving their ability to lead and collaborate with others. Group facilitation is valuable when the team needs a new strategy to accomplish the organizational goals together after they have learned more about themselves and their approach to work individually. Sharing those individual insights in a group forum can greatly elevate the team synergy and set them up for success.
Using assessment tools like the Clifton StrengthsFinder or a 360-degree feedback process, individuals discover key insights about themselves and their colleagues. They'll learn how others perceive them at work, how one can use strengths to offset challenges, and leverage natural talents to become more successful and fulfilled. Kelli will provide options for you and determine the best solution to meet your needs.

Experience
Kelli brings extensive experience and knowledge in talent development, adult learning, leadership coaching, and change management to her coaching practice. Her experiences include in-depth specialties in higher education and health care. As a Human Resources Director in charge of Employee Engagement & Success at the University at Buffalo (UB), Kelli leads a team that provides employee engagement and learning opportunities, leadership consultation, and coaching for all levels of employees. Previously, as a health administrator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and Roswell Park Cancer Centers, she managed clinical operations and advised nursing leaders and administrators. Kelli holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Canisius University and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from UB’s School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.
