Kelli brings extensive experience and knowledge in talent development, adult learning, leadership coaching, and change management to her coaching practice. Her experiences include in-depth specialties in higher education and health care. As a Human Resources Director in charge of Employee Engagement & Success at the University at Buffalo (UB), Kelli leads a team that provides employee engagement and learning opportunities, leadership consultation, and coaching for all levels of employees. Previously, as a health administrator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and Roswell Park Cancer Centers, she managed clinical operations and advised nursing leaders and administrators. Kelli holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Canisius University and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from UB’s School of Management’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness.
